Aerial view of the Rovinj peninsula tying the three NATKA properties to one geography

Volume II · Where to stay

Three properties, one family, one Rovinj.

We run three different kinds of stay in and around Rovinj.

Each one is intentionally distinct — not a chain, not the same room repeated. This page is the side-by-side, so you can choose without opening three tabs.

Selection criteria

Which one is right for you?

A short matrix to save you the back-and-forth.

If you are a couple wanting a quiet base with a car
Hotel Boutique Natka →
If you want to wake up inside the Old Town
Bella Natka →
If you are travelling with children or a group of friends and want a private pool
Villa Natka →
If you need step-free access throughout the unit
Villa Natka or Hotel Boutique Natka
If you don't have a car and want to walk to dinner
Bella Natka →
If you land in Pula and don't want to think about transfers
Villa Natka (free airport shuttle)

If you're undecided, the families and groups tend to land at Villa Natka. The couples split between Hotel Boutique and Bella Natka — depending on whether they prioritise quiet (Hotel Boutique) or location (Bella Natka).

What every NATKA stay shares

The properties differ. The hosting standard does not.

A local family

The Osmanović family lives and works in Rovinj. We are not absentee landlords. The phone is answered by someone who knows the building.

Direct booking

Each property page has a Rentlio booking widget with our live availability — same prices as the OTAs, fewer middlemen.

Real photography

What you see in the gallery is what you get; we don't use stock images of other properties.

Honest information

We are upfront about what each property is and isn't (no parking at Bella Natka; village setting at Villa Natka). It saves everyone time.

Read the Rovinj guides first.

If you're still figuring out what kind of trip you want, our Rovinj guides cover the Old Town, the cathedral, the beaches, the food and wine, the day trips, and the practical details. They're written by people who live here, not by a tourist board.
